Hotel Le Bleu, New York

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a trendy look and were quite spacious, but cleanliness was an issue. The service, despite being helpful and polite overall, had some issues that led to discomfort. The location was convenient with nearby attractions, albeit being on the edge of an industrial area. The dining options were limited and disappointing. The facilities were average.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had a few snacks and fruits which was a nice touch. However, we had some issues with a leaky sink and a bathroom door that wouldn't slide properly, but the staff promptly moved us to another room upon request. The service was exceptional, they were so friendly and accommodating, making my stay really pleasant. The location, although not the best if you need to be central, was convenient with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby making it easy for evening outings. The dining experience, offering a free continental breakfast delivered to the room, was a great perk, but the timing was a bit late for early risers like me.

I felt right at home in the super clean room, and the customer service at the front desk was really nice. While lacking a TV or radio, my four-night stay was pleasant overall.
